In our leadership training we let you experience and learn to lead several different activities. These activities are based on professional guide and leadership training. In short, a guide one’s role is to offer guests a guided nature experience that fulfills their reasons for coming to the bush.
It doesn’t need explanation that guiding a group of people through the African bush by vehicle, or even better on foot, is something that involves a repertoire of leadership skills. We will teach you to plan a trail based on your team’s needs, capabilities and expectations. To communicate your plan to them and get their support, execute your trail including handling unforeseen situations (sometimes called ‘problems’).
After each part of the trail we conduct a review in order to maximize learning from doing, for all participants. Together we will create leadership learning experiences and help you to translate these lessons from the bush to your business or board room. Our guide and facilitator will make sure we will be safe at all times.
